About

I was born in 1982 in Québec, and I currently live in Toronto where I'm completing my doctoral dissertation in Social and Political. Art has always been my life! I started writing from as young as I can remember, and I have a few novels, poem collections, plays and short stories filling the bookshelves of my appartment.

I started drawing and painting when I was a teenager and I haven't stopped since. Because I'm using my computer everyday — for work and for school — I had to find a hobby where I wouldn't be so much strain on my eyes. Duh! That didn't quite work out as I hoped! but damn do I love painting, even though I keep my eyes way closer to the painting than to an actual screen!

I'm also a freelance writer, translator, web designer, illustrator and artist. Freelance happens to be my thing: I like making my own schedule, meeting new people and discovering the great projects they have in mind, and let my own imagination guide me through all the different, heteroclite projects that make their way to my home (or my email account).
